Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We process all orders within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:
- France & Europe: 10-20 business days
- United States & Canada: 12-25 business days
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our website or the courier’s tracking page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@veracraft.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
